With every twist and turn
I’ll seek the one to keep me safe
to hand over my heart
and know it won’t get broken
into a million pieces
I know there’s no guarantee
but I refuse to just give it away

Fragile and Strong 
I had such exact thoughts today. The scary thing is, when we let people in, we really open up to them and leave ourselves vulnerable.
the thing is though, if you really open up as you say, you might find more than you dream of. A true connection with someone. And I think that’s worth the fear.
