I try to find your soul
try to connect to your essence
the purity of your heart
and long for the fullness
of your phrases
of the heaviness
of your every syllable
every chosen letter
to caress my mind

If not as a long distance lover
see me as a friend
at least
as a touching soul
connected to you
without question
without wanting
just yours
ready to be claimed
when the universe

as destiny

I’m drowning in songs of you
whispered to my heart
breaking down my walls
with just a gentle whisper
naked and vulnerable
you can claim me

Of falling apart

In the middle of my night
I feel you stir
So far away from me
My mind drifting to you
In hopes of finding you in my dreams
Licking my lips
I try to remember your teasing words
Your delicious mind
A taste I want to savor on my tongue
To keep me warm at night
And hunger for more
